By accessing gosra.orgor engaging the Global Online Scam Recovery Agency (“GOSRA”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

GOSRA provides specialised recovery services for victims of online scams, including but not limited to: online scam recovery, cryptocurrency tracing, investment fraud recovery, private investigation, expert witness services, cyber forensics, cross-border recovery, and financial investigation.

2. Engagement

Submission of a case intake form does not create a client relationship. A formal engagement is only established upon:

• Successful completion of our initial assessment
• Mutual agreement on the scope of work
• Execution of a written engagement letter
• Compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Fee Structures

Our fees may be structured as:

• No-recovery, no-fee (contingency) — for qualifying cases with identifiable assets
• Fixed fee — for defined scopes such as expert witness reports or due diligence
• Hybrid — a combination of retainer and success fee for complex multi-jurisdictional cases

All fees are agreed in writing before work commences. No hidden charges.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

While our documented success rate exceeds 98% on qualifying cases, we cannot and do not guarantee recovery in every case. Outcomes depend on numerous factors including the age of the scam, jurisdictions involved, and the current location of funds.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Respond promptly to reasonable requests for information
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading conduct
• Comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

6. Confidentiality

GOSRA maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and case details. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gosra.org, including the GOSRA logo, branding, written content, and design, is the intellectual property of the Global Online Scam Recovery Agency and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOSRA's liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, subject to the terms of the engagement letter. GOSRA reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in unlawful conduct.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
